Fees & Rates

Our fee structure is highly competitive and will depend on a number of factors, for example, project complexity, extent of delivery responsibility, timescales and project risk.

 

Once we have discussed your project further with you we shall be in a better position to give an indication of our fees and the extent the support and assistance that we are able to provide.

Our fee structure is designed to provide your organisation with a cost effective solution to managing your change inititative at a budget that compares with your overall project spend.

 

We don't charge astronomical consulting rates, however you will receive expert advice and a level of service that will maximise the chances of a delivering your project sucessfully, on time and to cost.

 

Transformation Associates can tailor a delivery and support package based on your own organisations capabilities. We can work closely with your own resources and team or independently to deliver your project within your organisational framework.

 

Every project is unique and so are the cultural and orgnisational boundaries within which the project has to be delivered. Transformation Associates are sensitive to these influences and can adapt our project team and  responsibilities to meet your organisation's operating environment.
